Lakevue features nine pieces of the Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Strength System with double-sided power racks. Hammer Strength is built around the concept of converging and diverging arcs of motion. Through Iso-Lateral technology, Hammer Strength machines allow movement of both arms at once, one at a time, alternating movement, and even different weight amounts for each limb being exercised.
